As we gaze north past the Newport Harbor Light toward Claiborne Pell Newport Bridge, which connects Jamestown to Newport, we’re just a clambake short of all things New England in one shot. There are longer suspension bridges in the world (86 of them, in fact), but the Claiborne Pell Newport Bridge is the longest in New England.
