Authorization of Credit Card

User of Hulutrip often feel confused about authorization of credit card. Why should I send authorization of credit card to customer service? How to pay on hulutrip by credit card?What to do when name of credit card holder different from booking name?(When Paypal name is different from name of order).

ONCE NAME IS DIFFERENT

Once customer service finds the  the person who paid for this order and use this E-Ticket is not the same one, a e-mail is sent via service@hulutrip.com to ask customer to send authorization of credit card. If you cannot find the email, but there is no pdf of E-ticket after 2 workdays, email may be on junk mailbox.
