【December 7 2013】It’s been 72 years since the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor launched the United States into World War II. The morning air assault on U.S. military installations in Hawaii resulted in the deaths of 2,402 Americans; another 1,282 were wounded. All eight U.S. Navy battleships on the base were damaged, and four of them sank. One of the sunken battleships, the USS Arizona, is now the site of a memorial commemorating the attacks.Explore breathtaking Gallery from the HuluTrip homepage over the past 5 years..
