【August 4 2013】The Pacific coast town of Newport, Oregon, began with a post office in the mid-1800s, and has retained much of its idyllic charm ever since. As of 2011, the fishing boats share these waters with vessels from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which moved its Pacific fleet from Seattle to Newport.
