 Ruby World Cup twice in 2005, which showed us the success and global reputation of Hong Kong Ruby Seven.

Tips: All competitions (ecpect the Sliver Cup finals) have two sections of 7 minutes each and a 2 minutes half times;For the Sliver Cup finals.10 minutes for each half and            2minutes break during the half time.
