Barely open a month, it’s already quickly establishing a name for itself as one of the hottest tables in town. Perched on the 51st floor of the brand new, all suite hotel, it’s easily one of the best looking restaurants we’ve seen in a while (cleverly combining Chinese and Portuguese motifs), with food to match. >>>Jump to Lai Heen Glamorous Weekend Lunch Set Booking The kitchen has a fair pedigree, helmed by the cool Chef Bill, formerly at the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong’s two-starred Tin Lung Heen. It’s an impressively elegant display of classic Cantonese dishes, like baked abalone puffs with roasted goose, steamed crab claw with egg white in hua diao wine, and double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw and sea coconut in bamboo. Must-try dish: Could Macau’s highest Chinese restaurant also be home to the city’s best char siu? Chef Bill’s Ibérico version is one of the best we’ve had. >>>Jump to Lai Heen Glamorous Weekend Lunch Set Booking >>>Jump to Lai Heen Glamorous Weekend Lunch Set Booking Travel in Macau: Studio City Golden Reel, Batman Dark Flight, Macau Tower Travel in Macau |
