This massage pavilion was founded by the former governor of Chiang Mai Women's Prison, Ms. Naowarat Thanasrisutharat, aimed at providing employment opportunities and social reintegration support for the new release of female prisoners.

Thanasrisutharat witnessed many women prisoners were not accepted by society after release in the past forty years of her career.She has been thinking  and exploring how to help the women prisoners integrate into the new community and earn their own living quickly .

Originally thinking, it's a good way to provide massage-related vocational training for some women prisoners with the conditions of light made in the sentence after a rigorous selection. However, these female prisoners often suffer from discrimination by the employer after their release. It is difficult for them to find a job so that it is easy for them to step into the vicious circle of prison again.
