  After taking so many steps to see the Big Buddha statue be prepared for some more walking if you want to tread down the Wisdom Path! The path itself leading to the prayer area is not well maintained and there are many abandoned things along the way, which is both creepy and an eye-sore in my opinion, I still don't... More

  Wisdom path is a short walk from the Big Buddha. The trail takes you through some tea gardens to a congregation of wooden pillars with verses from an ancient Chinese prayer inscribed on them. The path itself is pretty steep at places. So you need to be fit. The walk along the trail is pretty relaxing and provide amazing views... More

  Went on a wet stormy Friday afternoon around 1pm. Scenery is nice, good photo opportunity as when we went they're was not many people going to and fro and at the attraction they're weren't that many people either. The actual attraction is a stone step path around multiple scriptures written on wooden pillars. Bring bug spray if scared of tiny... More

  To reach Wisdom Path, you would need to pass by the foot of Big Buddha, head left (about 5 mins till you see the Wisdom Path sign, which is about a meter tall).   This little place is tucked away behind big Buddah and is truly beautiful especially on a good day. There's around a 15min walk from big Buddah through some woodland but the scenery is breathtaking. The carved wood symbolises an infinity sign if you look at it from the top.

  We enjoyed this walk around. We took an off shoot and found some giant rocks to sit on. Great views! Then we did the 'fun trail' which means there are no hills.

  The Wisodm Path is beautiful and meant to be a place to reflect and meditate but the amount of people means it's often noisy and not very relaxing at all which is a pity. I can't fault the attraction for the people visiting it though and it is beautifully laid out and worth seeing. there are also less people there... More

  Wisdom Path is part of the whole "Big Buddha/Ngong Ping" experience, but could almost be an attraction in itself. I never knew this place existed until I watched the Motion 360 5D pic "Discover Lantau Island". I had made a note to wandering up to it later in the day. Unfortunately, we promptly forgot about it until we saw signs... More
