  Though the cookies are great but given the bad customer service I will not go back. The best seller I believe is 4 Mix butter cookies. I bought 2 big and 2 small boxes. Total HKD $ 400.   Definitely the best butter cookies I've eaten so far.. Buttery and light, yet does not give you the overpowering taste of butter.. Butter ones taste better than coffee ones, so better to buy all butter than 2-mix or 4-mix. Only 2 stalls in Hong Kong so be there early in the morning as stocks are limited.

  I am really frustrated and sad to see how bad is their staff attitude. They are fair to everyone no matter what is your nationality even though you are local Hong Kong like me. They make you a feeling that you are begging them to allow you to buy two tins of cookies. Very unpleasant experience.

  They open at 10am. We were there early at around 9.45am but there were already customers queuing outside the shop. We were very surprised. I guess the cookies must be very good and I was right!   Was there around 11.30am on weekday. To buy for my sister. No queue. Only mixed 4 cookies available. Nothing else. No other options or almond biscuits. Cookies only average. Overrated. Considered expensive for the quality. Not worth queuing. Also a maximum limit of 2 tins per person per day. Staff exhibited poor attitude.

  Jenny's Bakery first opened in 2005 and over the past 5 years or so has become something of an attraction here in Hong Kong.
