  This is the jewel in the Asia Society universe - a transformed British naval headquarter that now serves as a museum and a spot of tranquility with its zen gardens. Easily reached from Pacific Place malls this provides a phenomenal respite from the concrete jungle that is Hong Kong.

  This institution created to promote US-Asian relations operates this beautiful new compound, a blend of contemporary architecture and renovated British military installations (including as ammunition depot, thus the name of the restaurant, Ammo).
