  Not much to see here. Sounds great on paper but is really just a town centre with a giant boat in the middle of it all! Shops are spread into different "zones", not really a place for tourists.

  Wonderful worlds refer to each phase of Whampoa Garden's shopping arcade. Each trying for a different theme. The Kid's World is most fun and the AEON ship is a major draw. Good shopping, good eats and a few very cramped carparks makes this a suburbian family weekend destination. Soon to open MTR will make this evern more busy.

  It looks great from outside. The shops in the ship are bit outdated. Too many people. It's better to go early in the morning.

  Besides the ferry ride from North Point across the harbour not that much to look at. A lot of eateries which might be nice in the evening but not much during the day for tourists. Facility most attractive for locals as it has various areas for homeware, furniture and supermarket.

  The site used to the old Whampoa shipyard and this explains the appearance of the concrete replicate cruise ship , which is however in fact a shopping mall, on the ground. This architect is interesting, from the above explained perspective, however the shopping itsef is nothing exceptional. I would not suggest going out of your way for it.
