  A good place to splurge if you have extra cash! Flooded with cosmetic and beauty counters and also a number of branded labels. Do visit the basement for some simple Japanese cooked food if you are feeling peckish. Not many choices, just 3 stalls though with limited seating. A good place to get authentic Japanese shrimp crackers and confectionery.
