  Horizon is a maze of 28 floors of mainly furniture shops. Recently more high end clothing outlets have found their way into the building.   Not like there isn't enough shopping in HK already. Horizon mall is 28 floors of somewhat discounted shopping. Tons of variety. Take the elevator to 28th floor and when you have finished one level just take the stairs down one flight. Otherwise you will wait forever for the elevator.   Like lots of outlet places, this place is hit and miss. It is not that difficult to get to from Wanchai / Causeway Bay.   Seems like everyone say the place is not easy to find, so I took a cab from Cyberport and the cabbie had no issue with the location.   Only convenient if you have a car. If you go by anything else, you'd be cursing. A warehouse building with multiple lifts that you have to wait ages for as everyone presses the buttons and give up waiting and take the stairs. Huge pieces of furniture that look and feel great.
