  It looks interesting from the outside with houses rising above the walls. Inside, there are very narrow alleys and a small temple. That's it. I don't think it was worth the train trip out but you can walk around this whole area for a glimpse of suburban life if you really want.

  There is nothing to see here. Came here to look for something to photograph... The wall itself is interesting and in tact and there is some signage near the playground outside the compound that explains that this is one of the oldest surviving walked villages in Hong Kong.
