  Although the Star ferry terminal is extremely busy (and I was not seeing it at its busiest, as I was travelling mid afternoon not during the weekday or weekend peak hours), there were only two staff at the Visitor Centre, both of whom were occupied talking in Cantonese or Mandarin to either Hong Kong or mainland Chinese residents.   You can find this Hong Kong Tourism Board (Kowloon Visitor Centre) at the Star Ferry Concourse just beside the pier in TST district of Kowloon.   Didnt offer me any brochures at first when went in at Star Ferry Terminal. Here's a map.Had to ask if they had any guides for walking around HK Found then in a draw. They should have been available from the counter. Information given was also incorrect about attraction.
