  Impolite customer service at reception. They just want you to hurry up, pay and be done with it. They will bully or lie to you just to expedite the process, and deride you if you have questions or requests.   The location is difficult to find and no signage on the street. We walked past the alley it is located down several times before realizing where to turn in. Once there, my son had a great time. Lots of climbing options with various levels of difficulty. Very clean and spacious inside.

  We had a great time climbing at Go Nature. Kids had a top rope climbing lesson with Derek which they loved, we hit the massive (and challenging) bouldering wall. Will definitely visit again when we're back in HK :)
