It is the epitome of the sacred amidst the profane power of money and greed. Free of charge to visit, the Kun Iam statue is one of the must-see attractions of Macau.

  The statue has a foundation office inside. Very lovely. Great spot for photographs of the city and sunset.

  I have been running by last time I was in Macao. I could not visit the statue because it is closed after 6PM ( like many other points of interest in Macao ). But the statue is illuminated in the evening and looks beautiful even from outside of the entrance bridge.

  Nothing much to see here. Below the statue, there is a tiny kind of museum about the construction of the statue. Small souvenirs are there for sale above.

  You can see the big Kun Iam Statue above the sea and it is so nice and luxurious. You can feel safe and relaxing inside the building.

  I walked by this statue en route from the Mandarin Oriental to The Sands. It was worth a glance but I didn't bother to try to get closer to it. For artists it might hold more attraction than to the general public.
