Vegetarian noodles, also known as nun’s
noodles, is a sister snack of Guilin rice noodles. Its essence lies in its
soup. Being different from the cooking of rice noodle, the soup is made from yellow
bean sprouts, straw mushrooms, mushroom stems and winter bamboo shoots, which
is golden and clean. It is tastier if served with straw mushrooms, vegetarian ham,
gluten, sesame oil, fried peanut and pepper.
Main ingredients: noodles, Guilin
beancurd sticks, yellow vegetables (made from mustard), vegetarian ham, gluten.
Recipe:
First, use yellow bean sprouts, straw
mushrooms, mushroom stems, winter bamboo shoots to make the soup which is golden
and clean; pick superior fine flour to make smooth and soft noodles with uniform
thickness; then cook the noodles with water to medium-well state and move them
to the soup, and cook to well done; and finally serve them with straw mushrooms,
vegetarian ham, gluten, sesame oil, fried peanut and pepper. It tastes
delicious and fresh.
Features:
The hand-made noodle is thin and fine. It would be better to use the freshly-made
noodles for the vegetarian noodles and finish them as soon as possible. You may
cook the noodles with water and take them out to a celadon bowl, and then add in
specially-made soup and topping. When you finish it, you may find that the secrets
of vegetarian noodles are the noodles, the soup and the topping. The golden and
clean soup is made of yellow bean sprouts, straw mushrooms, mushrooms stems,
and winter bamboo shoots. It will be more delicious if served with sesame oil, agarics,
gluten, beancurd sticks, vegetarian ham, fried peanut, straw mushrooms, fresh vegetables,
and chopped green onion.
