Introduction: Rice noodle roll is the signature snack in Yangjiang of Guangdong but its taste varies a lot from the typical rice noodle rolls in other regions. To make the traditional Yangjiang rice noodle roll, a whole piece of rice noodle as a wrapper is filled with mung bean sprouts and fried rice noodles. The steamed roll shall be covered white sesames and meaty sauce. It is crunchy, salty and delicious.
