Monkey King - a Mythical Theatre Show, was created based on the Chinese classic literary work "Journey to the West." It combines modern stage design and performance with multimedia technology to build a novel and magical work of performance art. The production of Monkey King is currently the largest scale production amongst indoor shows in the world, and the first resident show from China. The vastly invested stage of special effects is tailor-made for the show and is conformed to international standards, ensuring audience with an unprecedented experience. The show is currently in its final rehearsal phase before it comes to the Pacifica Theatre at Sands Resorts Cotai Strip Macao.
