Baifeng Peach

　　Baifeng Peach is produced in Anning District of Lanzhou, Gansu. It is one of China's ten famous peaches. In the opening ceremony of 2009 Lanzhou Peach Festival, Anning District was granted the title of “the Hometown of Peaches in China" by the Fruit and Vegetable Industry Forum Organizing Committee and Baifeng peach is also granted the title of one of the “Ten Famous Peaches of China". Baifeng Peaches are nearly round, slightly larger at the bottom, the fruit tip is round and the middle is slightly concave. The skin is thin and it is easy to peel; the pulp is fine and it tastes juicy and sweet.
