Linze Jujube

　　Linze Jujube is mainly produced in Linze, Zhangye, Gaotai, Jiuquan and other places of Gansu Province. The jujube is small and appears reddish brown when ripe; the pulp is fine and tastes rather sweet while the pit is small; the fructose content amounts to 50%. The jujube paste made from Linze Jujube is famous in Gansu. Linze Jujube is an ideal nourishing fruit with high medicinal value for invigorating the spleen and benefiting Yang, regulating Yingwei, nourishing blood and calming Zhong.
