- Mini or Standard (2FF); iPhone 3 OR 3S (Older phones)
- Micro (3FF); iPhone 4 OR 4S (Most new smart phones)

Got the wrong size SIM?
One option if you ordered the wrong size SIM is to cut down the SIM card. Generally this won't affect the chip functionality, as it is in the center.

How to activate the SIM Card

Inserting the SIM when you arrive in Thailand activates the SIM, and you should get a welcome SMS confirming your plan.
It is not possible to use this SIM before you arrive in Thailand.
If you still can't connect the internet， please follow the steps to set up.
• iPhone: Settings→Cellular→Celluar Data→APN settings→APN name: www.dtac.co.th ,username: (blank), password: (blank), authentication: PAP (if doesn't work with CHAP)
• Android: Settings→Data usage→Mobile data traffic→Create new APN→name:dtac→APN name: www.dtac.co.th→save

How to refill

You can top up to add your SIM balance or extend your SIM validity days anywhere anytime around the world via iRefill.

1. Convince stores: Tesco, Thailand post, 7-Eleven, e-pay,e-Money can refill;
Tip: When you refill,you can say 「Top up」(refill in Thai) to the clerk; you only can refill multiples of 100 baht.
2. Online refilling: refill on DTAC website.
