Buildings in the Grand Place, Brussels, Belgium (© Charles Bowman/Corbis)
【July 21 2015】Right in the center of Brussels is the ornate town square known as the Grand Place (in Dutch, it’s the "Grote Markt"). Though the location’s founding dates back to the 10th century, the Grand Place really began to take shape during the 1400s. A range of architectural styles emerged in the succeeding centuries, and the square reflects many of them. Buildings in the Gothic, Baroque, and Louis XIV styles can all be found in this small plaza.Explore breathtaking Gallery from the HuluTrip homepage over the past 5 years..
