Celebrate you Valentine's Day in a so romantic city that would be an unforgettable memory to you! Enjoy a romantic dinner cruise the Chao Phraya River Grand Pearl Cruise An idea of a candle light dinner by the river will tempt you to book your tickets to Thailand. The dinner cruise on the luxurious Grand Pearly on the Chao Phraya River, while it passes by sights like the Grand Palace, should top your list of things to do in Bangkok. With cocktail in one hand don’t forget to unwind your partner under the moonlit sky! Devour a rooftop dinner or private dinning experience There are certainly no shortage of rooftop bars in Bangkok, my personal favourite is Vertigo at Banyan tree, it has a great view of the city (but only a bit of the river). If you would prefer a view of the river, Sky bar /Sirocco is probably your best bet. I don’t believe private dinning is possible as these are restaurants (unless you are very wealthy and can afford to book out the whole restaurant) however you can still enjoy a romantic evening surrounded by other couples. If you would like private dinning, your best bet would be to contact your hotel reception and I’m sure they will be able to assist, most hotels have several private dining experiences. Dine in the dark Dining in the dark is a wacky experience, you literally eat and drink in the dark. When you arrive you are lead by a blind (in most cases) host/hostess to your table and then they turn the lights off. You get to experience food in a whole new way, being in the dark helps to heighten your scenes, helping you to enjoy the smell and taste of your food. Nightlife at Khao San Road Centre of Backpacking Universe This famously described road is well known especially in the circle of backpackers. Nevertheless it is an open source travelling experience for shopping, romantic dinner or just letting your hair down! This road houses everything ranging from shops, bars, clubs, etc. From cheap booze to bootleg DVDs – you’ll find everything here.
