A Couple Oriental Spa
Get Treated with Love
Oriental Spa is considered as one of the premier spas in the world. So it should undoubtedly be on the list of things to do in Bangkok, especially for couples. The serene atmosphere and the well trained Thai staff helps you relax and rejuvenate with your loved one. After all when the Thai land is calling, the Thai massage is an inevitable part of the call – get ready for some therapeutic romance!
VIP cinema expereince
Bangkok has a lot of giant air conditioned movie cinemas and yes you can watch a movie in English. I bet you are wondering how this is romantic? and what’s the difference between watching a movie at home or in Bangkok? You can book VIP seats in “luxury cinema’s”, these are much smaller than the normal cinema’s with comfortable seating, that in most cases recline and in some cinemas you can “chillax” in bean bags!
Hot Tip: Don’t forget to stand up during the Royal Anthem at the beginning of the movie. VIP seating usually starts at about 700 Baht per person (as of May 2015), which coming from Australia, I would say this is fairly reasonable!! You receive gourmet meals and drinks to enjoy throughout the movie.
Extra Hot Tip: Wednesday’s are the best day to go to the movies as they offer discounted prices

Siam Paragon
Not the usual mall!
While going to a movie may be romantic for a first date or a great love story classic, heading to Siam Paragon's Enigma theater or Nokia Ultra Screen is a real way to pamper and impress that special someone. In the Enigma, all the seats are sofa beds, outfitted with comfy pillows and blankets. You start off your movie experience in the VIP lounge with complimentary wine and cocktails, move on to appetizers and pasta, and then have staff serving popcorn and soft drinks at your couch. The neighboring Nokia Ultra Screen is no slouch either, with motorized reclining seats, and even a complimentary foot massage to go with your drink and snack service. Regardless of how the film turns out, you are guaranteed to be well taken care of! After the flick, you can head to the city's best gourmet food market, shop the highest end designer stores, or just be wowed by the sheer opulence of all that Paragon has to offer. (02 658-3000)
Wat Phra Kaew & Grand Palace
Heart of Bangkok
Wat Phra Kaew, also known as The Temple of The Emerald Buddha, is located in a fairy tale compound consecrated in 1782, the first year of Bangkok rule. It represents royal history and architectural experimentation in a tasteful manner. But hold on! It has more than just history to it. The place is surrounded by a range of Thai street food vendors! Well where there’s food, everything else can wait!
