A: You can certainly take pictures as personal keepsakes. Permits must be obtained in advance, however, for photography and filming for commercial and public purposes. You are advised to note that commercial use of photographed or filmed content without a permit is subject to statutory punishment. For the safety of organisms, flash photography is prohibited.

A: Pets are prohibited from entry for the purpose of protecting the animals and plants in the exhibitions and to maintain pleasant viewing environment.

Q:Can I use a wheelchair or a baby carriage inside the exhibition areas?

A:Yes, you can conveniently use wheelchairs and baby carriages through the wide walkways of Aqua Planet Jeju. Please note, however, that, you must fold your wheelchair or baby carriage at the Food Court on Basement Level 1.
