In battle of bronze, the Chinese Taipei team beats 5 to 3 over the Italian team and won the bronze medal. Changes of Competition Rules in Women's Archery Different from last Olympics, the Rio Olympic archery team competition system has been modified. Board Points System is specifically for group competition, with the need for four innings, 6 arrows per game, two arrows per person within three players. Winner claiming single board rings most multiples 2 points, 1 point for each once competition draws. First team to get 5 points wins Women Archery Final, if the 4-4 draw, the single council determines final scores and three members of each team shoot an arrow each. In the women's Archery Team Semifinal previously conducted, Korea 5 to1 beats over Chinese Taipei, Russia 5 to 3 beats Italy. The two winning teams got qualify for the finals. Process of Women's Archery Final In first round of final, Korean team quickly enters the state, get 9 rings in the first shot, followed by five consecutive arrows all hits 10 rings. Russia's got the second place for 6-ring arrow. South Korea easily won 59 to 49, total score 2-0 leading Russia. In second game, the first shot of Russia got the 10 ring, but followed by poor performance. South Korea was stably attaining four rounds of 10-ring, 55 over 51 finally to gain another victory. Score of 4-0 expands the leader board. In the third decisive game, although the gold tend of Korea undermined, but only 7-ring shot was presented in Russia's 6th arrow ring, and Korea knocked the opportunity. Eventually the two sides battle was into 51-score draw, South Korea got 5 to 1 victory out of Russia and won the gold medal, silver medal hit Russia. Bronze Medal Match In the bronze medal match before the finals between Chinese Taipei and Italy, Chinese Taipei team shows fairly good condition in first round, two rings 10 and four ring 9 scoring 56 over 52, with 2-0 leading Italy. In the second round, Chinese Taipei got three rings 10, finally got 55 over54 scores 4-0 expanding the lead. In the third round, condition of Chinese Taipei Team was not so fit, 3 ring 7 results in total of only 49 rings, Italy got 51 rings, tiing 2 to 4. In the key fourth inning, Italy got 4 ring 10, but there were two ring 8. Chinese Taipei got two rings 10 and four rings 9, so the two-side battle was into 56-score draw.
