It is the second time for us to check in this hotel, the first one, not entirely pleasant. However, Mr Patrick Schaub learnt my grievances and he agreed with me that some improvement should be made. We witnessed changes during our second stay. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. He really knows how to consolidate the hotel image. He valued the opionion of every of his guests, no matter you are somebody or not. His handling was completely different from Four Season Macau, I really appreciate it. Definitely, some improvement should be made in the arrangement of entering the pool, a little chaotic. The quality of the buffet breakfast is deterioating as I learnt from my relative. However, I am pretty sure that once Patrick Schaub learnt, he would take swift action to amend the situation.
