I came here with my granddaughter for a summer vacation, we tried the Golden Reel twice. One at daytime while the other at night time. the scenery is not the same. At daytime, you can see Nam Shan Tsui, East Asia Station, Golf Club and the nearby hotels. At night, you can see the nearby hotels sparkling such as Galaxy with the laser show. Don't just try the ride once.

Really like the '8' shape design of the wheel and was excited to be inside the wheel. Pretty scary when you look down through the small window on the ground. Very helpful and friendly staff at the ticketing office & at the wheel area. A designated staff will take pictures for you after finishing the ride. Disappointing view given construction sites all around the studio city. Still felt exciting and interesting for our first ride on this wheel. Can get tickets combo for the 'reel', Batman ride & magic show at cheaper price.
