  Visited the street with my 4 kids today. Too bad it was raining, thus many of the cart stalls were not opened. Even so, there were many toy shops open ! Price of branded toys are more expensive then retail or even Singapore. Ie: shopkins cos $4.90 in spore vs Hk28/34. But worth the visit as they sell many toy... More

  We were really surprised at how great this market was. Thought there was only toys here, but there was everything imaginable for sale & super cheap. The main attraction for us were the toy shops, they were actual shops, not stalls. There is an extremely large selection of pop culture items, so much cheaper than Australia. Lots of Anime &...   Located at Tai Yuen Street aka. "Toy Street", after the toy shops at the street. The Open Market in Tai Yuen Street and Cross Street is part of the Wan Chai Heritage Trail.   It was suggested to visit 'Toy Street' in Wan Chai, so here we are. There is a small ish street market and a few toy shops, but they pretty much sold the same stuff in each. If you have time, it's worth a visit, but there are bigger markets if you want more variety.
