Recipe of Nanning Old Friend Rice Noodles

Ingredients: fermented black soybeans, sliced garlic, chili, soured bamboo shoot, tomato, slice meat (mixed with light soy sauce and starch), chopped green onion


Main ingredient: rice noodles


Recipe:

1. Heat the pot and add edible oil to stir-fry the fermented black soybeans, sliced garlic and chili, then add soured bamboo shoot and tomato and at last add the slice meat.


2. Add dark soy sauce, white vinegar and salt, and keep stir-frying.


3. Add soup or water, and boil it.


4. Add rice noodles (it would be better to cook the rice noodles first). It is done while it is boiling again and served with chopped green onion.
