【December 11 2016】In northeast Poland, in Olsztyn County, Gmina Barczewo is a mostly rural district with dozens of small towns and villages. Perhaps the most prominent of these is Barczewo, a town that voted to remain part of Germany after World War I, but reverted to Polish control after the Second World War.
