Niangpizi

  Niangpizi is one of the favorite snacks in northwest area. It used to be called ”Shaanxi snack”, but Lanzhou’s Niangpizi, with its unique production technology and flavor, has become an independent school in the northwest. Niangpizi, as one kind of unique wheaten food, can be used as staple food, but also as a snack. The jade-crystal Niangpizi is put on the disk plate, accompanied with Mianjin and joined by some soy sauce, vinegar, garlic juice, salt, sesame sauce, parsley, sliced cucumber, and pepper oil. Niangpizi tastes hot and sour but refreshing. It is delicate and delicious.
