Jingning Roast Chiken

　　Jingning roast chicken is the traditional food of Jingning county in Gansu. It is well known along the Silk Road for its hypertrophy, golden color and fresh flavor. Jingning chicken tastes delicious but not greasy, and the tourists are eager to purchase it while passing by. It can be enjoyed on journey or sent to friends and relatives as a gift. It is not only proper for banquet, but also for nourishing. It is described this way: “The fragrance drifts a thousand miles away which comes from the chicken."
