Xingmian Noodles

　　Xingmian noodles are a special snack in Liangzhou, Wuwei, Gansu. Put the ready noodles into the boiling water and boil them for half a minute before fishing them out and putting them in a bowl. Drizzle the soup on them, add some chilli oil and garlic juice as well as some fresh shredded vegetables. Wuwei Xingmian noodles are ready and they tastes tough and chewy but delicious.
