ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS Stella Ungphongphan The Wellness Fairy, Stella Wellness / Brand Ambassador, Organic Seeds Thailand Made in Thailand and raised in Sydney Australia, Stella is a wellness consultant based in Bangkok. At age 26, an inner urge led her to resign from her day job as a Radiographer, and pack her life in two suitcases in search of a fulfilling life with passion and purpose. Fast forward some years later - when she is not creating exciting wholesome meals or menus, she's with nature moving her body through yoga, trekking out to the rural farms around Thailand and teaching others to do the same. She is constantly fuelled by her love and passion for nutrition, organic farming, natural therapies and whipping up new delicious healthy menus. She's also a firm believer in the healing power of living harmoniously with nature - and that wellness is an active process of becoming aware of making choices toward a healthy, fulfilling and a Stellar life. She believes that through appreciating the 'backstory', and thereby deepening our relationship to food, we can also develop a fuller understanding of ourselves and the world. Rosalind is a graduate of plant-based academy, Matthew Kenney Culinary (obtaining her Certificates in the Fundamentals of Raw Cuisine and Culinary Nutrition in 2015), a student of the Jamie Oliver Cookery School - and is currently pursuing the Wines and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 3 Award (Level 2 - Distinction).
