You must be at least 18 years of age or older at the time of departure. You must also have a valid passport.  Where can I contact the organizer with any questions? tours@rookietraveler.com Can I update my registration information? Yes, you may update your passport information if you pay your deposit prior to obtaining your passport. After you pay your deposit, your Experience Guide will be in touch with you. Can I transfer my deposit to another person if I can't go? Unfortunately, once you pay your deposit we forward that money to various vendors to hold your spot on the predetermined tours and/or to hold plane tickets. Since we cannot change that information once booked, you cannot transfer your spot to another person. When should I buy my round trip ticket and what airport should I fly into? Generally we advise buying your ticket 70 days prior to departure. For this trip we recommend you fly into Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK). When do I need to arrive in Bangkok? The latest you should arrive in Bangkok is pm on March 18th.  You can leave anytime from Bangkok on March 26th. Where exactly are we staying? For security/ safety reasons, we only release that information to participating travelers that have paid their deposit.  What if I don't like the people on the tour? Everybody isn't going to want to be besties with everyone. That's a fact of life. Generally, open minded people that really just want to have a life changing experience are on our tours. So any personality conflicts are generally pushed aside for the sake of a good time. However, all our Experience Guides are trained in conflict resolution, among other things.
