Click here to download event brochure Global Mediation Forum Program THAC (Thailand Arbitration Center) in collaboration with the World Mediation Organization and George Mason University Korea will organize the first Global Mediation Forum in Bangkok between 23-25 May, 2017. The forum will bring together some of the world’s greatest visionaries, forward thinkers, mediation experts, conflict resolution practitioners and inspirational speakers. The Global Mediation Forum conveys the methods of conflict resolution and management including promoting process of ADR. With highlight speakers and topics including:- Global Pound Conference Program Thailand Arbitration Center (THAC) will bring to Thailand, the Global Pound Conference (“GPC”) Series, the 1st interactive conference combining voting technology for participants to set the tone of discussion, to be held on 26 May 2017 in Bangkok. Remarking Thailand as the regional center for dispute resolution and to be a part of creating a conversation about what can be done to improve access to justice and the quality of justice around the world in civil and commercial conflicts. Launched in Singapore and finishing in London, the GPC Series will convene all stakeholders in dispute resolution commercial parties, chambers of commerce, business executives, entrepreneurs, lawyers, academics, judges, arbitrators, mediators, policy makers, government officials, and others – at conferences around the world. The Series will cover all forms of dispute resolution (e.g., adjudicative and consensual processes) as well as possible ways of combining them, and what choices disputants have today for resolving disputes. It will also look at how to provide access to appropriate justice systems for the future.
