There are many black people in every country. These are also a part of the world. According to me, I never see black people in Utah When ever I visited this State.

There are black people in every state, no state is 100% white, Utah is not even in the top few of that list, Maine and Vermont are the 2 whitest states

Come to think of it, I've never seen one there.
