E-Ticket Refund
1. Once the E-ticket booking is completed, any cancellations for personal reasons need to be applied at least 3 weekdays in advance.
2. Once the E-ticket booking is completed, any amendments for personal reasons need to be applied at least 3 weekdays in advance.
3. Your money will be refunded after we take out 10% from the refund amount as its procedure fee if you cancel the E-tickets of your order because of force majeure (Wars, Natural Disasters and etc).
4. Even though the available date of your ticket is in the legal holidays, or local holidays or any activities, once the E-ticket booking is completed, any refund applications will not be accepted.
5. Once the E-ticket booking is canceled, the cancellation will go into effect immediately, you will not hear any notice from HuluTrip.
6. Some products are marked 'Once the ticket is confirmed, any cancellations and amendments will not be accepted' at their details.
Buffet Booking Refund
1. Once the Buffet booking is completed, any cancellations for personal reasons need to be applied at least 5 weekdays in advance.
2. Once the Buffet booking is completed, any amendments for personal reasons need to be applied at least 5 weekdays in advance.

Bus or Ferry Ticket Refund
1. Once the bus or ferry ticket booking is confirmed, any cancellations and amendments will not be accepted.
2. Even though the available date of your bus or ferry ticket is in the legal holidays, or local holidays or any activities, once the groupon booking is completed, any refund applications will not be accepted.
Promotion Product Refund
1. Once the promotion product booking is confirmed, any cancellations and amendments will not be accepted.
2. Once the paper ticket products have been delivered, any postage will not be refunded.
3. The express of tickets will be returned if you fail to receive the express. HuluTrip will not deliver it again, and you have to pay the extra postage cost.

Visa Refund
