LOL the job is an assistant to the person who looks after the rentals in a real estate agency...this is the lowest rung of all the jobs in the office, even below the secretaries.

This is a question you should be asking the person who offered you the job. In fact, you should have asked it at interview. To be offered the position you must have some of the skills that are required, or the potential to acquire them. Just ring and ask if you can have more information about the job so you will be well prepared once you start.

It seems like the description is you'll likely be assisting a real estate agent with their duties so possibly a secretary

I'm pretty sure you will get competitive rates, company vehicle and a nice ultra-modern office by the window.

Update: You will be required to know how to use accounting software like MYOB or be willing to learn, having previous experience in an office-like environment and being punctual with your attendance.

You should be able to get a Job Description from the employer, but generally it will be office work - phones, banking, computer input, printing, checking people's references, dealing with property owners and tenants. Congratulations!
