Of course ALL Americans don't hate Israel. There are more Jews in the USA than there are in Israel.
In a country with over 350 million people you'll find some that hate anything you can think of.

Most Americans including myself love Israel.

Absolutely not I love Israel I just have some minor disagreements on how they handle themselves with the Palestinians.

I support Israel's right to defend itself 100% though the human rights situation in the Gaza Strip is atrocious and I blame both Hamas and the Israeli Government for that though in the end I would like for the U.S. to strengthen its relationship with the State of Israel through the signing of a mutual defense treaty since we technically aren't military allies after all even though we act like them and I would also cut Israel's foreign aid and instead will think of a better plan that will benefit both nations since the U.S. isn't in the state where it can continue to handle out billions of dollars in foreign aid to foreign countries many of who don't need it and don't appreciate it.
