Since the the MTR opened,there has been a lot more special restaurants in Sai Wan. Located in Shek Tong Tsui,Artisan Garden Cafe is the newest member stationed in this region. The main dishes are waffles and sandwiches, which are full of all the work of the chef.The most special is that almost all the food and drinks are filled with Discontinued Fire-King tableware. The Fire-King utensils are very precious and many of them were produced in the middle of the last century. You will be attracted by hundreds of American Fire-King  utensils displayed  on the wall  when you come to Artisan Garden Cafe.Dating back to the 1940's,part of them have a long history. The owner Rensis, who studied in the United States in the early years,started collecting Fire-King  ten years ago.He opened the Artisan Garden Cafe and almost all food and drinks are filled with Fire-King. Someone asked:Won't you feel heart-broken  if  someone break the Fire-King?
