Born in 2003, DRUM CAT Show is in new form of Korean percussion music, performed by impressive Korean percussion group. Korea is known as bare area of cultural performance, but Drum Cat Show has a good reputation. With continuous improvement, Drum Cat Show participates in top performance ceremony all over the world -- Edinburgh Festival, and it exceeds the famous show abroad, creating full-house record. Titled with the king of "2008 Edinburgh Festival Herald Angel" award and the "2008 Scotland Cavalcade Best Unit" award, it is performed in its own exclusive theater in September, 2009. Drum Cat has also been a sensational hit at home, receiving the Grand Prize in the ‘2009 Korea Entertainment Awards.’ The Drum Cat performance is bursting with unique rhythmical styling and emotional involvement that so often seems to categorize Korea’s most stunning musical performances. In the third seasonof Sound Factory, it gradually ranks among the premiere of the Republic of Korea.
 Only-female Percussion Group
DrumCat is the only female percussion group in Korea. Drum Cat percussionists are with the women's softy and full masculine energy. Drum Cat, a world renowned performance, is sure to continue beating its way into the hearts of audiences for ages to come, and viewers feel they are not surrounded by sound factory, but they are into varieties of percussion instruments which produces impressive music.
Superb Technique
Drum Cat is mixture of eye beauty and sound factory. Different from traditional Korean percussion music, it scatters wildness of street performance, and interspersed with ornate classical techniques and ultra high-speed technique in the fast-paced music, getting rid of dull nonverbal performance and whipping people into a frenzy of rhythm and fun.
Percussion Theme
The performance of Drum Cat comprises of 5 themes: Sexy, Speedy, Funny, Powerful and Wild. A far cry from traditional drumming, the performance focuses on a modernization of rhythm: combining and reinventing rock, jazz, techno and Latin rhythms into a unique blend of sound. Instead of a basic simple beat, audiences will be floored by the complex, powerful rhythms that pound forth along with the accompanying background soundtrack. The 5 themes of Drum Cat center on the harmonization of femininity, dynamic sound and complementing pre-recorded soundtrack. Even though each part of the show has distinctly different characteristics and emotions, the underlying basis for the entire show is femininity. Throughout the entire show, audiences will find themselves wrapped up in the performance, giving their most to concentrate both visually and auditorily.
