Q: I contact the customer service. It’s said that my reservation is confirmed, but I can find the email? What can I do?

A: For this occasion, it is our message and email that are blocked or deleted automatically. You may find it in your junk mailbox. Or you can ask the service to resent the email to your another available mailbox.

Q: Do I need to make a color printing of confirmation slip, or just black and white print works? Can I print out the screenshot?

A: Black and white printing can work. Just make sure the information on confirmation slip is clear to see.
 

Q: Where will the driver pick us up?

A: The driver will wait for you at the hotel lobby at appointment time. Please remember to print out your ticket.
