Mungyeong is home to a number of master craftsmen as well as Sagijang (referring to craftsmen making chinaware), who have been officially designated Intangible Cultural Property by the Korean government.
As a renowned kiln site producing Buncheongsagi (grayish-blue celadon) since the early Joseon Period, Mungyeong still offers outstanding ceramics that reflect the essence of traditional craftsmanship. Structure Size -Site area: 11,108㎡ -Building area: 1,055㎡ (1F 681㎡, 2F 251㎡, Basement 122㎡) Program * Pottery Crafting Experience [Fee] Individual 10,000 won / Group (20 or more) 9,000 won ※ Fee includes ingredients and baking.
