It runs every 10 to 15 minutes (05:40 to 23:20) and takes about 20 minutes (For inquiries ask Ganghwa Transportation, 032-933-2533) Take bus 88, operated by Ganghwa Transportation, at the bus stop across the street from the Shinsegae department store at Yeongdeungpo station on subway line 1. Get off at Gimpo University.

The fortress walls span 6km in length, 4km of which remain un-restored.
Surrounded by beautiful scenery, the top of the fortress commands a spectacular view spanning from North Korea to the Hangang River inlet, and from Samgaksan Mountain to the sea off Incheon in the distance.
It can be called Geumgangsan Mountain in Gimpo as it boasts superb scenery throughout all four seasons.
