  For a free visit, this is well worth your time. The views are great, especially at sunset. The exhibits show how and with what the bridge was built. Only downside is that you'll need a car to visit.

  There was a mix of sun and clouds on calm quiet day when our friend drove us there. No one was there besides us 5 and a few maintanence workers. We got the whole place to ourselves to enjoy.
