In contract of design and construction, it is Lei Yue Mun Plaza is awarded to China Construction International Group Limited who entrusts Aedas Architects Ltd. to design and spends 1.5 billion in constructing Lei Yue Mun Plaza. After completion, Lei Yue Mun Plaza is renamed as Domain, and starts business test on Sep 29th, 2012, and opens on Dec 1st, 2012. It is the biggest shopping mall after split sale of many large-scale shopping malls by Hong Kong Housing Authority.
